Rosemary Herb Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or sometimes i just use oregano and or dill seeds)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour (I normally use 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select white bread cycle, large loaf, light crust; press Start.
- When it's about to start baking you can sprinkle the top with seeds
I have always wanted to bake bread from scratch but has always intimidated me for some reason. I love rosemary bread, maybe I will try this!
